If you are looking to go the extra mile, planning for your wedding, bouncing back from a pregnancy or just can’t make the class times that Fight 2 Fitness offers, personal training sessions are available to accommodate your schedule.
Step One: The first step is to meet with you to asses your fitness level and define your fitness goals & objectives. We will then begin your training using a variety of workout techniques. We will motivate you, push you, educate you, and push you (not a typo!) to reach your fitness goals and we measure your progress along the way so you can actually see the results.
The Details: Our personal fitness training programs are comprised of 45 minute sessions currently priced at *$35 per session. This ensures that we have access to all of our available equipment and enables us to fulfill our other class times. We advise a minimum of 4 sessions per new client in order to achieve positive fitness results.
Join The Fight: Personal Fitness Training is available for scheduling from Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 4:00pm and based on a first come first serve availability for each time slot.
